What's for Supper?

Braised pork chops, long grain brown rice with minced garlic and fresh chopped parsley, navy beans, and roasted carrots with fresh thyme.
 
I can just go down all the meals with a thumbs up. Everything sounds yummy.
I have almost half a steer made into hamburger so we eat a LOT of that this year. Often I cook up half a tube of burgers which we eat through the day with whatever sides we like. Tonite I had open faced with raw onion on ezekiel bread. Hubby will probably have a sweet potato with his and frozen veggies.
 
Braised seasoned cubed beef, black-eyed peas, carrots, and garlic brown rice.

*We eat alot of long grain brown rice and an assortment of prepared dry beans. It helps to lower your cholesterol.*
