Why does that even matter? There are quite a few white mass murderers. Does that mean that all white people are mass murderers? Of course not. So why do some white people see people from other races / nationalities, etc., as being different than how we view ourselves? How is it that the mayor of London is Islamic?
How is it that the mayor of London is Islamic? How did the English change in just one generation?
England is too soft we let anyone in power.![]()
That IS the answer. That "nothing" exists.I'm a "devout agnostic," despite being raised by very old-school Christian parents.
Show me something and I'm in. So far, nothing.
A lot of things "exist."That IS the answer. That "nothing" exists.![]()
That IS "nothing". The whole thing is nothing/meaningless. You know nihilism?
My opinion is this:I call it a higher power because "Supreme Being" sounds too "elitist" to describe God... But I absolutely agree, you won't find God (or Jesus) in churches. At least not in most churches. You also will not find Christianity in any political party either. I believe you're either a Christian or a Political Party Member, but you can't be both. The reason being something I read in the Bible.
"Beware of false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves."
Matthew 7:15
I have seen people from both major Political Parties (and a couple of non-major ones as well) say that "You can't be a Christian if you're a __________!" as attack on the other side. I believe they're both right. Because in my opinion, that applies equally to all Political Parties. And just saying that says to me that you are definitely not a Christian, because real Christians do not hate or attack each other.
This is not an attack on anything anyone believes. It's just my opinion. If you disagree, that's fine because that would be your opinion.
Edit: Oops!
British ruled Islamic population during Colonial times. As a naturalized citizen they went to Britain and now they are as much British as the ones born in British soil. How is it that the mayor of London is Islamic? How did the English change in just one generation?
