Daylight Savings Time starts next weekend ! Happy ? I am.
The change in sleep cycles is a health issue. We have "Circadian rhythms" we become use to. They regulate our natural sleep cycles. Some people are very sensitive to any changes in this cycle, like DST. I hope you will adjust soon. :)- Uncle Paco
