What video are you watching on YouTube?

Axel, I used to know so much about history and out laws to where I could come up with laws and rights right off, now I'm old and memory doesn't serve me so much.
I agree... My memory ain't worth beans either. But I made it easy for you, and posted a link so you look up whether it says that Welfare is unconstitutional or not.

Axel does not use youtube but I love the story and everyone in Congress should watch it.
I never said I don't watch videos there, just that I don't get my News there. Their idea of "News" is Clickbait. You might as well get your News from Weekend Update on SNL.

I actually prefer this sort of thing...

White Slavery: The Story You're NOT Supposed to Know About

I am big on history and Europe isn't the only nation slaves were taken from, so were we, same Barbary Pirates was the reason we have the marines if memory serves me.
I like Bjorn, haven't listen to him in a while though.

We've watched this family for a couple years now, they seem to have it all on land and sea. Plus a good family. They have sailed around the world for past 10 years. While also getting their home in the mountains ready.

Retire early, buy a yaught then get busy, lol

The Great Lakes are BIG.

This light plane had engine failure over Lake Michigan. An usual design, this plane has a built-in full-plane parachute! With 3 aboard, it could have been disastrous..

7MA sounds like he is a military-trained pilot and even the downed aircraft may be piloted by a military pilot as well based on how calm he was as he went down. Most military pilots would take better care of their aircraft though and might not go across water long distances in a single engine. Alaska pilots normally carry survival suits and beacons, but the water is much colder here. I lost a friend who crashed in water while his family waited ashore. Both he and his passenger died even though they were nearly within sight of land.

The V-1 was an early "attack drone" or cruise missile. But development of a variable time (VT) fuse in the form of an effective proximity fuse in America severely slashed the effectiveness of those attacks.

Germans Never Knew American VT Fuzes Shot Down 82% Of Their V-1s In One Day

Germans and Americans both created incredible technical innovations under the pressure of war. In the second World War the Americans were not encumbered by Wall Street as they had been in the first War by those notorious patent trolls, the Wright Brothers. Their stand against new ideas and capital-enforced dominance had kept aviation back so far that in WW I most American aviation warriors flew British or French aircraft. You can still see the fishy hand of Wall Street in the way the Smithsonian still paints the Wrights as some kind of amazing heroes of aviation. Of course they stole almost everything of value in their designs.

War always pushes innovation. That probably is one of the reasons humans have achieved all that they have in peacetime. The space race, while not technically a war, was a competition that achieved something of the same results.
