What is going on in the UK!

I always wanted to visit or even live in Canada, but I am now hearing that you can have your Internet access withdrawn if you criticise their Government. Also, in Australia, voting is compulsory and you are fined if you don't comply, thus undermining the meaning of democracy. Dark days indeed, my friends.

I can't figure out why the entire gaggle of Commonwealth "nations" are turning Islamic at the same time they cozy up to China. Throw in the recent machinations of the U.N. and things seem really bizarre out there.

It is beginning to look like the TV series The Expanse was prescient.

There, the Earth has been taken over by the U.N. which still battles a few small holdouts against its iron fist of control. Almost everyone lives in poverty on the dole, while the ruling elite and high corporate officers enjoy a tiny closed society quite high on the hog.

Yeah, I can't figure out why the "Anglosphere" has become so non-democratic. The home of free speech is collapsing. I have heard some commentators say that the UK, England especially, has become a third-world Islamic Republic, Then I guess there is China, which according to what I saw on the video, the Starmer group doesn't think is a threat.

To quote Supertramp, Don, 'bloody well right'!

Revolution coming in the UK ?? It sounds like Tommy Robinson is organizing an even bigger rally next spring in the UK. Supporters claimed at least 3 million attendees last time. Will it be bigger this time? What do yo Brits think about this? @Smithy @galty and any others?

I appears that UK courts have decided that asylum seekers have more rights that citizens and legal residents of the UK. It sounds crazy, and the government appears to be behind it all. What is the story @galty ?

Sounds like NYC, Chicago and parts of Ca, even Texas is kissing up to invaders above Americans. Guess they were kidding when they boasted," don't mess with Texas".
I have a feeling rich Moslems like the Saudis may have some Politian's of the world in their pockets, pun intended.
Some religious leaders say Islam will be the beast system , I don't know.

The populace have all turned into idolizer's of their control freak leaders.

Reminds me of a Churchill quote,

Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.

Am sad to say that a revolution will and needs to happen.
Starmer got elected on promises he made and then did a U turn.

Starmer has stopped some Local elections next year.

Farage are next PM( hope) is being attacked over some allege racist things he said when he was at school 50 years ago.

And this Labour so called Gov wants to get rid of juries except in murder cases.

Also I hope Trump wins his Lible suit against the BBC and closes it down.

I just saw a report that a member of the famous Paras was killed in UKRAINE! Starmer said he was one of only a few British troops in Ukraine, but he didn't define "few". If the UK has troops there, how many other NATO nations are supplying troops to Ukraine. It sounds like they may be making themselves targets for Russia, and, since they are the "aggressor nation" at least in part, the rest of NATO including the U.S. will not be required to come to their aid if Russia attacks. France may also have troops there. Supposedly they are not in "combat", but why would you have Paras in country if they were not in combat roles? That is a bit like saying the U.S. has Delta Force in Ukraine, but they are not in combat. Germany is talking about beginning to draft people again as is Denmark (of all places). Russia is putting "armed protective forces" on many of their tankers now since France and at least one other NATO member have seized Russian tankers. Will the French be this brave if the opponents are shooting back at them? It is one thing to seize an unarmed commercial ship, but quit another if the ship is armed, as France and other nations may find out.

There are reports that the Venezuelan Navy will be escorting tankers past the U.S. blockade as well, which may lead to the first real naval battle since Vietnam.

Not knowing what is really going on with this , I'll just say, I see why Putin is upset, not that I am on his side.
