Trump's Weight Loss?

Supposedly he has lost about 30 pounds so far in recent months.

Officially he's been cutting carbs (burgers: no buns, etc.) and working with a trainer. But critics suggest he's on weight-loss drugs.

Would you guess he's doing this naturally? Or do you think he's taking drugs for it, perhaps even something not readily available to the masses?

I have read that it is speculation as to whether President Trump might be taking Ozempic, or a similar drug. I think it is likely that Kennedy has been influencing him to eat healthier foods, since Kennedy is very health-conscious and knowledgeable about what foods are healthiest.
President Trump has been saying that making America healthy again is important to him, and since he is a natural leader, it makes sense to me that he would want to also change his own unhealthy food choices.
It appears that his Diet Coke is still on the menu , though.

I saw pictures and read that Kennedy takes health supplements, like methylene blue, and I think that he has probably suggest some of his supplements to President Trump , too. Melanie certainly does not eat at McDonalds, so at home, they probably have healthy meals prepared by his chef, who I think is also a bodybuilder, if I remember right.
I think that when Trump travels, and they have to procure him some food for on the plane, they can walk into a fast food place and make the order, and not worry that his food was poisoned, because no one knows it is for the president until afterwards, if at all.

In neither photo is standing on a scale. And by photoshopping the two photos into one, that is a prime example of why even if he was I wouldn't believe it. I've been doing that for a long time, since 1996 actually, thus I know photos are easily manipulated.

Very true. He could still weigh in at the same. His suit sorta covers it up.

I checked with Co-Pilot, and he said that he believes Trump is doing the Mediterranean Diet, or something close to that, which seems plausible to me.
I know I have read some bad things about Ozempic, and some pictures of people who take it look terrible, and it is supposed to affect muscles, also.
It apparently is derived from Gila Monster venom, so it is definitely not something i would want to be using, and I really do not think that Trump is using it either, but who knows.
Also Botox is another one that comes from a bacteria that produces botulism, and there are other medications that have venom in them as well.

That could also be a possibility...

I used to take Byetta for many years, and it's basically the same thing, just twice a day instead of once a week. About six months after my Colon Cancer surgery my Doc switched it to Bydureon, and Byetta version of Ozembic. They're all basically the same, just different strengths.

When I was supposed to get past the all day nausea and stomach problems from my Colon Cancer surgery, I was still feeling the same way, and that went on for almost two years. Almost two years to the day after the surgery, I read some stuff on the Mayo Clinic website about how all the stomach issues might be from the Bydureon.

For the next three months I sent one message after another to my Doc about putting me back on Byetta but got no response. So I sent her a message saying I was done with it, I'm going to stop taking it because I thought it was making me sick. It turned out I was right.

Two months later I had an appointment and asked the Doc why she never responded to my emails. She claimed she never got them. I had sent them through a Patient Portal that was discontinued due to similar problems. She put me back on Byetta and I was on it for the next five years until I went in the hospital with Covid and they canceled all of my meds. After that they put me on Insulin.

The hospital was pushing Ozembic and I said forget it. Because all those drugs are essentially the same. Bydureon, Ozembic, Trulicity, etc. and I'll never take any of them again. What is really said, was that it actually worked. My Ac was almost as good as when I was riding my bike 10 to 15 miles a day, with no riding at all. But it just wasn't worth it.

Hopefully after a while I can get off these drugs and stay off. Maybe I need a new bike?
Whether you take meds like that for Diabetes or Weight loss, a much, much better plan is riding a bike a minimum of 5 miles a day. Once your posterior gets used to it, you can easily do that in 30 minutes to an hour or so, depending on the terrain. Unless, like me you tend to get side tracked by stopping to yak with friends.

My $300 2005 Trek Navigator 100 has 70 shy of 30,000 miles on it, from riding every day from 2007 until 2016. If you ride every day, even just for a few minutes it will have great health benefits. When I started riding every day after my diagnosis of way out of control diabetes, I weighed 310 pounds. In six months I lost 70 pounds. But more importantly, my A1c went from 12.8% to 5.7%. If you don't know what an A1c is, it's a blood test to check the glucose content. I call it The Diabetic Richter Scale.
