I am not a vegan or even totally vegetarian, but since reading more and more about the importance of dietary fiber, I have been adding more plant foods to my diet, since that is where we get fiber from.
There are a lot of good books about plant based eating and also about how important fiber is for a healthy body, and what foods have the best fiber. Dr. Bulciewicz has written maybe one of the best ones, called “Fiber Fueled”, and he is a gastroenterologist, so this is his medical specialty.
Dr. Michael Greger has also written a lot about the importance of fiber in his books, and I defnintely recommend both of these authors for anyone who wants to have a healthier diet.

No as recipes would be of no use to me as I cannot cook!

Okay then !
I can cook although I have never been a person who enjoys cooking, but I do like food that tastes good. I have been working on eating the healthiest food s that I can, so I watch some of the YouTube videos and try some of the simple food ideas from there.
Actually, making the healthy ice cream in the Ninja is my favorite, and also making smoothies in the blender. EASY is what works best for me.
(If I can learn how to do this in my 80’s, then you can , too…….)

Can I still do it if I am dyspraxic?

I do not know what that is, @MamaFrankie . Can you explain what that means and why you think you can’t make easy ice cream with a Ninja Creami ?

Okay, I looked it up and it is a motor skills issue. I don’t know if it is something that you would or wouild not be able to use. I put the ingredients in my blender, blend everything up, and then freeze it overnight in the Ninja Creami.
I would suggest maybe watching a video of someone using one of the Creami machines, and see if it is something that you think you could do ?

Are Ninja Creamis available here?

I do not know about that. If you are someplace where you can order from Amazon, then they should be available. We have them here is regular stores, like Walmart or other large stores; but I have no idea what is offered in other countries.

I had a regular ice cream maker for a while, but it didn’t do a very good job of trying to make healthy ice cream, it just didn’t turn out good and was a nuisance to use.
After i saw the Ninja Creami, and that people were making ice cream from just about anything, from regular ice cream to vegan and sherbets makde from frozen fruit, I saved up and bought one.
We have had ours 2-3 years now, and we use it all the time in the summer.

If you are not able to cook, how do you eat ? does someone help you or fo you just buy food ready to eat ?
