I am full of a cold/flu, banging headache and sore throat.

I’m feeling decent, been dealing with a nagging cough and wheeze for a few a couple of days now. Just started some antibiotics this morning so hopefully it’ll clean up soon.

Still feeling rough mate.. 6 days it's been now hoping to feel better in the coming days.

It is a beautiful day here in Alabama, bright and sunny, and supposed to reach 74F today, so I am planning on wearing shorts and sitting out in the back yard in the ZG recliner and soaking up some good Vitamin D.
This morning, we have groceries coming from Walmart, and then we are going to go to the fitness center for Bobby to work out and me to swim for an hour. I look forward to swimming days !
Right now, enjoying my morning coffee……
