What's your Weather like today

Well, winter is back after our nice, early springlike weather. Wish I could show you a picture of the light snow on our deck this morning, in splotchy patches. It is like it fell just a little and the wind blew it around into odd piles instead of just letting it lay where it fell, letting the deck boards show between the shallow piles.

I am waiting for tomorrow. Supposed to be 51F for one day and then back down into the cold. Today might make it to 31f, close to Kryng's temp.

It is overcast today and in the 30's f. I was hoping to see the blood moon tonite to show to family. I have only seen one a couple of times.

Nope, no blood moon or much of an eclipse. I must be 'sitting in the wrong place.'

Fell asleep late this afternoon and woke up to a very loud boom. I thought maybe Greenland had attacked us. Strong thunderstorm went through. Blew rain all over the screened porch. Water rushing down the street. Glad I slept through it.

Sun came out and, sure enough, faint rainbow.

Hard rain back again tonight and more expected later.

We are back to cold weather again today, after all that nice sunshine. Supposed to be more cold over the weekend and early next week, so today, I need to make space to bring the plants back inside until it warms up again.

Strong storms predicted here this week, we are in a 3 year draught with wildfire's popping up all over the state so I[m looking forward to the rain.

Severe wind today. A few trees down. Hubby came in from getting the mail and said there was a piece of metal blown off the house, He didn't know from what. I will look around tomorrow. Have to batten down the hatches before the big snow storm and wind coming Sunday. Tomorrow will give us a bit of time to prepare.

We've had a couple days in the 80s and several in the 70s. Had to turn on the AC upstairs. Now it's supposed to dip below freezing this week.
