What do you do if you feel tired?

I feel its par for the course. I don't remember the last time I just felt like jumping up and doing something.
 
Well first I check my blood sugar, but I have cause for that. However I can usually detect that if it comes on, the feeling isn't simply one of being tired.

If that's ok I'll just take a nap. Being old and retired that's usually a practical option. Yet often the answer is to get up and start doing something more active.
