Trump and CBS-Paramount have allegedly settled his election interference lawsuit for an estimated sum exceeding a total of $30 million dollars. Details may be released later.

The agreement involves two separate payments, the first of which is $16 million—an amount exceeding both the network's initial offer and the payment ABC had to shell out to settle a defamation lawsuit brought by Trump back in December after George Stephanopoulos falsely accused him of rape.

Not only that, the money from this settlement is to be used in part to fund Trump's future presidential library and promote conservative causes. The network is also adopting what has been called a “Trump Rule” to modify its operating procedures when conducting interviews with future presidential candidates.

Now he's talking about an executive order to make mail-in ballots illegal nationwide. Wouldn't that be unconstitutional? His trash-talk against mail-in ballots helped to elect two Democratic senators in the Georgia run-off election in 2021.

(B.) Neither the Constitution nor Bill of Rights requires mail-in ballots.

The first time I voted was when I was in the service and voted by mail. Otherwise, I would not have been able to vote. The same applies to those with no way to physically get to a poll. And there is no evidence of any big difference in illicit voting compared to other methods.

(B.) Neither the Constitution nor Bill of Rights requires mail-in ballots.

The Constitution says that the regulation of elections is the power of the states. Only Congress has the power to override states concerning elections. Not the president.
