The last thing you watched TV & Film

Now im watching the simpsons but yesterday when i arrived home about 1 in the morning there was a movie on the tv called triangle that looks interesting. Thinking in watching it one of this days .
This one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1187064/

Chicago Fire was the last tv show that I watched.

I'm gradually working through a mini-series called "The Refugees" on Amazon.

Only 8 episodes, so maybe more of a short-season, one-season TV show. It's in English and not dubbed, but I'm not sure where it takes place. The accents are some kind of Commonwealth, but a lot of names and a few words on signs look Spanish or Portuguese to me. From the terrain and vegetation I'd say fairly southern anyway.

Basically, all over the world tons of people arrive naked, supposedly from the future but not allowed to say more. In some cases they "break the rules" and a weird paramilitary or law enforcement shows up and drags them away.

The show mostly revolves around a small family. The wife has to be one of the worst people ever. The husband's kid doesn't seem to actually be his. This wife had another husband and bailed on him, so maybe the girl is his? He shows up, they kill him (for reasons) and the husband lands in jail for it. While he's in jail she starts kissing on the "unlicensed future guy" the family had taken in.

It feels like an episode is missing between 5 and 6, or did I fall asleep during 5 and miss the missing events alluded to in 6?

I'll finish it, but even after episode 7 there seem to be far more questions than answers.

Why is everything a soap opera any more?

Leverage is a great program , for sure ! When I was visiting with my son and daughter in January, they introduced me to the program on Amazon Prime. I enjoyed it so much that I watched several more episodes of Leverage, and will probably watch more eventually.
I am more of a reader than a television person, so I am always reading some kind of book, whether for entertainment or education.

Chicago Fire was the show that I watched. I’m on episode 5 from season 13.
