Tackling spam bots

How do you tackle spam?
Using modifications, or the hard way, deleting the spam bots.

I have Stop Forum Spam enabled on here, and it's working out well up to now.

I use cloudflare turnstile, stopforumspam along with Honeyspot to stop forum spam.

I ask people to spell words backwards at user registration. It usually works
