Strange Or Odd Animal Experiences

In the summer of 2022, my family and I were on an outing to Sweetbriar Nature Center. While walking through an area with native animals in pens and cages, my son-in-law was viewing something on his cell phone when a bird flu out of a tree and landed on it.
It looked like a young Blue Jay. It stayed for a few minutes, then flew off.
Have you had any strange or odd experiences with animals?

I had a close encounter with a Yellowstone Mama Grizzly Bear once. And I do mean close... The bear was about 20 feet in front of me, and I had practically stumbled into her crawling through some low hanging tree branches. I had a string of bear bells on my backpack, so I started banging on them with my walking stick. She had two small Cubs next to her.

She turned and looked at me, made a grunting noise and the three of them turned and walked away. Normally a Mama Bear is super protective of her cubs. But I guess she was so used to people, she just ignored me.

I would of been shocked, WOW!
The closest I have been to a bear is in an enclosed Zoo in England, UK.
