Just between you and me, @Yvonne Smith , I am not very tech smart. Don't tell anybody else. I'll need specific step by step instructions. :)
Google searched:

To take a screenshot on your HP laptop, you can use the "Windows key + PrtScn" shortcut to capture the entire screen and save it to the Screenshots folder, or use "Windows key + Shift + S" to capture a specific area and paste it into an image editor.
 
Mine is a HP desktop. It has 22 buttons across the top. I don't see a print screen button among them. Maybe I don't know what I'm looking for (or at).

Here is what i could find, @Sheryl , but you might want to check YouTube for other videos if this one does not help.
The page I was looking at said you just needed to use these 3 keys to take a screenshot.
