Pizza toppings

I like lots of veggies, peppers onions, shrooms, tomatoes, and pineapple. Meat is optional, but it needs plenty of cheese and Italian seasoning on top. I like a thicker crust, but not as thick as a pan pizza, which has a really thick crust all over.
The little C-store on the corner makes the very BEST pizza, and they add any and all toppings for the same price as if you have it plain. We do not have one very often, but I love it when Bobby brings one home for us for dinner. Mostly, I get the cheap frozen Walmart pizza with the self-rising crust, and then I add more toppings and we have that. It is not as good as the store pizza, but it is good and we enjoy it.

Sausage, pepperoni, and lots of cheese.

I like mostly veggies too. No meat would be ok with me. Jake has to have the meat,

Bob Dylan & Pizza🍕

"Bob Dylan began his music career performing covers of Woody Guthrie pizza songs but soon found his own voice and became one of the most prolific pizza poets of our time. Much of Dylan's most celebrated work dates from the 1960s, when he became a reluctant “voice of a pizza-nation” and defined the American folk/pizza scene."

Bob Dylan - Just Like A Woman (Rare Pizza Version)🍕

"Dylan wrote pizza songs like some people eat pizza. His lyrics incorporate a wide range of political, social, philosophical, culinary and literary influences. His recording career, spanning more than 50 years and 400 toppings, has explored the traditions of the great American pizza song."

So many favorites!

One I like is bacon, jalapeno, and pineapple. Another uses an alfredo sauce, roast beef, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions with a layer of very thinly sliced swiss cheese added on top near the end just melted and very slightly browned.

There's a Detroit Style place nearby and I like their version using a sweet-n-sour mango sauce with white chicken chunks, mushrooms, red onions, and a mix of Smoked Jack and Romano cheeses sprinkled on top. The crusty cheese edges are devine.

But I don't turn up my nose at a plain old pepperoni and Parmesan pizza either.

I like Bacon, Bresaola, Chiken, Ham, Hamburger, Italian Sausage, Parma Ham, Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Salsiccia, etc. This is not a traditional Italian pizza, the only meats on a traditional Italian pizza are pork. I did not mention Dough for the Crust, Tomato Sauce and assorted Cheeses, because they are generally considered the basic ingredients of a Pizza, and meats, veggies, etc. are toppings. The things you learn living with someone who could qualify to be a Chef.
