What era did you grow up listening to, and do you have a favorite?
I think my favorite would be classic rock, although I do enjoy all kinds from past to present.
I'll start off with one of Rogers and Hammerstein,

 
1980's, poor Marvin got shot and killed by his daddy , he had lots of hit's like this one before he was un=alived by his father.
The same father that he brought a suitcase to with a million bucks in it gave it to his father .


Ironic how he sang about violence then died from it by his father,

This is pretty good, I like it. I’m not too much of a rock fan, but the lyrics and beat are are good! I’ll have to go through the rest of his songs and add them to my playlist.❤️

It reminds me of the days I used to ride with my grandma and papa. They’d play a lot of oldies and songs similar to this.

My grand kids in their mid to late 30s like some of my old rock, and II like some of the newer stuff, Like Ironic, Complicated.
