Liberals are now torching electric vehicles !

Just when you wonder if people can do any crazier things, this happens.
For the last four years, all we have been hearing about is how important it is to make the changeover to electric vehicles here in the United States. Biden held conferences about how much better they were than gas or diesel fueled vehicles, and all of the liberals were seen buying Teslas and other electric vehicles to show their support about climate change and global warming.

Now, because Elon Musk owns a company that makes electric vehicles right here in America, and he is also the head of DOGE, which is working to save the US economy from bankruptcy, the liberals are torching electric vehicles, and keying any Tesla that they happen to see parked somewhere.
Those vehicles do not belong to Elon Musk, and most of them belong to liberals who bought them sometime in the last four years; so what they are doing is only hurting their own kind; but they think they are making a statement against Musk.

Since the Tesla cars all have cameras, they have pictures of the criminals who have been vandalizing the vehicles, and they are now being arrested and will be serving time in prison for this senseless criminal behavior.

I am sure that is exactly right.
What is such a shame , is how easily these people can be fooled and led anywhere, even if it is the exact opposite of where they were going before.
2024, save the planet with electric vehicles, 2025, vandalize electric vehicles, buy gas cars again. Most of the vehicles they are vandalizing belong to other liberals, so none of it makes any sense.
Now, they are going to spend a few years in prison for that ridiculous behavior, just because they do not (or can not) think for themselves and see the lies they are being told.

Reports are that is has been sponsored by a Soros-backed organization funded by USAID. Word is that Dan Bongino, Deputy Director of the FBI, is now in charge of the investigation.
 
I have been reading that, too, @Don Alaska . Also, all the Tesla dealerships have upped security and also activated the vehicle’s surveillance mode on all the cars in the Tesla lots.
I have seen quite a few pictures on X already, and people are being identified and arrested. I am sure they will be getting more, and finding out who is funding all of the violence and vandalism.
I had read about the Soro’s connection also, but with some of that funding stopped, people will no longer be being paid to commit these crimes.
 
It feels like some people think domestic terrorism is valid political expression. Quite a few prosecutors and judges seem to agree, because charges are seldom brought and hearings rarely take place. Perpetrators seem to be allowed to slink away without even their names being revealed. Even when someone is brought to justice, the media tend to bury the entire story.

They are actually charging them now, and at least some of these people will end up in prison. One of them had an AR-15 with a suppressor, so you know that he had more than just burning up vehicles planned. And using a Molotov cocktail firebomb should carry serious jail time.

The FBI is also after the liberals who are targeting the conservative journalists with SWAT calls to the police. Several journalists have has the SWAT teams called to their house in the middle of the night, and some of these are families with young children.
Having someone swatted is basically attempted murder, when you look at it. If any of these journalists had answered the door with a weapon in their hand, either they or a police officer could have been shot and killed.

An interesting thing is how differently the liberals act than the conservatives.
When we were upset with the Bud Light commercials, conservatives just stopped drinking that brand of beer. No one even considered burning down convenience stores where the beer was sold; but these liberals are burning down car lots just because of the type of vehicle being sold on the car lot.

Our new Attorney General, Pam Bondi, said on a news broadcast that she is looking to serve up the maximum sentence to anyone who commits arson at a Tesla dealership, factory etc.
Of note is the fact that the average maximum sentence for arson is between 15-20 years anyway but her statement made it clear that the arsonists will be prosecuted to the full length the law allows as opposed to a slap on a ne’er-do-well activist’s wrist.

And Federal jail terms do not provide for parole either as far as I know. I think all arson, including the burning of police stations and business addresses that took place during Covid should be included. The current spate of burnings could be considered terrorism, since it is crime performed to affect a political outcome or goal.
 
Paul Kim, the man arrested for firebombing a Tesla dealership in Las Vegas has been found to have ties to several Comunist groups, as well as the Pro-Palestine rioters movement.
Kim has been charged with 3 counts of arson 3rd degree, 3 counts of unlawful possession of explosives, 4 counts of destroying property, 5 counts of discharging a firearm into a structure.
Most likely, they will be getting more information from him about the other groups who are firebombing Tesla dealerships and private vehicles.
 
Today, there is a news story about liberals in New York City demonstrating near a Tesla dealership, and with a huge sign urging people to literally burn the cars to save democracy.
Since most of the Tesla vehicles on the roads actually belong to liberals who bought them to help stop “climate change” , this is pretty crazy, and it just shows how unthinking (braindead) people can literally be told to say and believe anything, even if it is completely opposite of what they were told to believe previously.

Tim Walz took Tesla off of the state retirement portfolio, and bragged that he was canceling Tesla stock, which made the people working for state government there lose money from their pension plans.
Then, bunches of people bought the Tesla stock that was sold, and the stock surged to even higher than it was before; so all Walz did was hurt the workers in his state, and not Tesla at all.
Good example of “Stinking Thinking”, for sure.

You would think that these people would learn that the Tesla vehicles are taking a picture of anything and anybody that is close to them. All over social media are pictures of the liberals vandalizing other peoples vehicles, just because of the make of car that it is, and no regard for the person who owns the vehicle. They are not hurting Elon, or even Tesla, they are hurting other people who own the car.

I was reading about some person who volunteered to stand guard over another lady’s Tesla, so that she could go into Costco and buy eggs and not be afraid of her car being vandalized by the time she came out.
The woman who owns the car is a liberal, and she explained to the lady guarding the car that she did not vote for Trump, but the other lady said she would guard the vehicle anyway.

This is maybe something that will get through to people that vandalizing things is not the right thing to do, because they are doing it to their own people, and those people are now getting upset with the vandalism that their own people are doing to them.
And the people doing the vandalizing just do not seem to grasp that they are on camera when they do it, even though more pictures are posted on social media every day, and more vandals are being arrested .
 
We had a hate Tesla protest here last week in front of the local dealership. (I didn’t know we had a Tesla dealer but we do.) The protest consisted of approximately 25 people making fools of themselves. The best thing about it was the counter protest which was a handful of guys with a giant American flag and people driving by rolling down their windows to shout USA! USA! USA!

That was followed up a couple of days later by an anti Steve Bannon protest, again with a small group of protesters. There were more cops, news people and counter protesters than liberal idiots.

Protests seem kind of small here. I hope it stays that way.
 
Protests are fine and should be allowed. Arson, violence and vandalism are not okay and should be prosecuted.
 
No one interfered with their opportunity to protest. The guys with the flag had an equal right to counter protest and they stayed on the other side of the street.

Then there are still more, like me, who have a right to sit home watching the news and think the anti-Tesla protesters are stupid..

While determining their level of intelligence it helped me to remember that the side torching Teslas in 2025 were mandating the use of electric vehicles for everyone in 2024 and many drove a Tesla. I doubt they have firebombed their own expensive cars but if they were honest they should start there.
