What was the last thing you threw away recently?

I recently threw away a load of cardboard to my recycling place in my town.

A broken brush which cleans my vehicles but it snapped.. need to buy another one.

Socks. Well, sort of. Dumped all the socks in my sock drawer into a large clothes basket. Matched the pairs and removed all the ones with holes, red clay stains, or stretched out tops.

Not quite thrown away yet. I put all the cotton discards in a plastic bag to be used for dust cloths. THEN, they will be thrown away, one by one.

I like socks for yearly washing of venetian blinds. Yes I still have venetian blinds.

I brought a new scales that does the body measurements , so we are going to rehome the old bathroom scales. It is still good, and has a usb port for recharging, so it should work fine for someone else who needs a bathroom scales.
The new one I got is larger and easier for me to read and also to stand on.
