Coffee and may I add, before that it was…..coffee.
Of course, I do have brief interludes when I have a protein shake or my personal witches brew during workouts but be assured that before and after those I make more coffee; black. strong and black. black and strong.

Now, perchance I should run across this thread on the morrow and assuming that there is a tomorrow, I will undoubtedly answer the query with a single word….coffee.

Water. I drink lots of water all day long. We have a Reverse Osmosis water filtration system that removes everything. Water never tasted so good!

Water, before that was coffee. I'm a very boring drinker but once awhile I will break loose and have a root beer.
