I can see that I will have to get used to using it ! When you step on the side lever, it closes up the prongs, but if you take your foot off of the lever, then the prongs can open right back up again. Maybe I am supposed to keep my foot on the lever, but then it is hard for me to tip it backwards and pull up the root. It does pull up the weeds, but i am going to have to do some practice before I get better with it.

We just got a new vibration plate. It has built in speakers for an MP3 player (which we do not have); but I can use my phone. The problem is that my phone does not have a connection jack anymore, and the MP3 player is supposed to plug in to the vibration plate. I ended up buying and adaptor that plugs into the usb-C port on my phone and then into the cord for the vibration plate, so this should work fine, and I can use Pandora like I did with the old vibration plate.
