Last thing you ate

Granola and yogurt with a banana and blueberries, brunch, and probably the main meal for today. Now, I am making some new granola with apples and another quart of yogurt this afternoon, so I will have plenty for a while after that is all done.
 
We went to my brothers today for a Christmas lunch, since a couple of his kids live out of state and couldn't make it home until yesterday. He fixed prime rib. His wife covered the side dishes, and I brought the dinner rolls, cakes, cookies and candy. We were stuffed on our ride back home.
 
Not a New Years Resolution but I am climbing back into the keto saddle today. We have a bit of turkey left but no more potatoes and stuffing. No more Christmas toffee, cookies, pie or even cranberry sauce. I made a cabbage/beef dish to eat over the next few days to heal my gut and keep me sated. I am going to work on all the suggestions on ridding myself of pain and inflammation.
My youngest daughter is having issues and if I find something that works for me again maybe she can try it. Wish I allowed myself NSAiDs. Wild lettuce extract helps if I take enough.
 
I bought a frozen pizza when I ordered groceries, and it is bitter cold and blowing wind outside today, so it was just the right kind of weather for a hot pizza and stay inside and keep warm.
I get the deluxe pizza, and then I add more mushrooms, peppers, onions, pepperoncini , extra oregano and thyme from the aerogarden, and more cheese on top.
