Liver is considered a super food as full of all the daily vitamins that you need. It’s just like Kiwi. I don’t eat it often, but it’s really good for you.I am trying to have healthy food, at least most of the time. Yesterday, we had liver and onions for dinner, and there were leftovers, so i had that for brunch today. Then, I made some healthy ice cream to use tomorrow in the Ninja Creami. It has to freeze overnight, before you can blend it up, but then it is delicious.
I will probably just have a protein shake later and maybe more coffee. The liver was pretty filling.
