How many languages do you speak?

I only speak 1 which is English.
I will I had the time to learn other languages.

Wow that's a lot of languages learnt, is there a reason for it?

English and Irish are my native languages. I learned French at school. The others I learned purely for the love of it.

Like @Mary Stetler, I speak English and BAD English. I do know a few German words.

Fluently, just English. Well maybe semi fluently. I am not good with the Queens English whether up over or down under. My dad was fluent in seven languages, so I use words from other languages, spoken poorly, intertwined with what resembles English. I speak enough Spanish to embarrass myself. I know basics of a few American Indian languages. I was recently trying to learn more Navajo (Dine) and found a great teacher, but there are so many levels of that language that I decided to stick with the basic everyday version.
