The service at the Sistine Chapel was ecumenical, meaning it was a joint Anglican and Catholic service. Therefore, the prayer was led not just by Pope Leo but also by Stephen Cottrell, the Archbishop of York, the second most senior bishop in the Church of England.

The King and Pope Leo prayed together in a historic moment marking the first time an English monarch and a pontiff met for such an occasion since the Church of England split from Rome.
Charles was seen praying with the Pope in the iconic Michelangelo-affrescoed Sistine Chapel, sitting next to his wife, the Queen, who accompanied him on the quick state visit to the Vatican.

I know a number of Anglican/Episcopal priests who have left the Anglican Communion and joined the Catholic Church as priests since the Anglican Church has become so woke. If they are married, it takes a dispensation from the Pope, but that often is not difficult to obtain depending on the reason for conversion and the Pope at the time. There are even a few Methodist ministers who have become Catholic priests and I know an Evangelical Covenant pastor who converted, but I think he became a deacon, not a priest. Maybe the churches will reunite once again, at least the non-Woke part of Anglicanism?
