If I want a workout session, I have a few sips of sugar drinks, or club soda for the fizz. I lift weights if I drink soft drinks, or it raises mt sugar. It's all according to how much it cost me to eat carbs.
Double chocolate fudge cake is always worth the work. I've never taken meds for my diabetes, worked for about 16 years that and low carb diet.

You didn't say anything in your original post about questions having to be relevent. Besides, what I wrote was from a scene in the movie, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail", and anyone who saw it might consider what I wrote as relevent after Smithy posted "What is your favorite color?" I could have also written "What is the capitol of Syria?", as that too would be relevent to what he said...
