Is the Trump Administration covering up Epstein?

After Pam Bondi talked about having the Epstein client list on her desk for review, she now says it doesn't exist. Both Bondi and Bongino, two of the Trump Administrations most admired and trusted by the MAGA folks appear to be lying on this. The client list was ready to be reviewed and released, and now the list doesn't exist. This will REALLY give anti-Trump Republicans fodder. Democrats have pretty much always claimed that Epstein was more a victim than a pedophile, so it probably won't help them much as most of those who were alleged to appear on the list were high-profile globalists and Leftists. Trump could be on the list and that may be why is is being quashed. Maxwell allegedly had connections to the Mossad, and Epstein himself was known to have been contacted by the CIA.
 
It was said often in the years leading up to his first indictment. The Bush Administration was responsible for that at the time and he was handed off to a liberal Republican U.S. attorney. He simply got a slap on the wrist and amnesty from most of the charges because he was "being persecuted". Granted, that was Republicans, not Democrats, but in this environment, the Bush family always sides with the Dems even when they were calling him Hitler.

Now that they are saying there was no client list, I guess he was being persecuted since there were no clients to hand these abused and groomed kids off to. Nobody believes the story, and many of Trump's supporters are calling for an explanation. I don't know if they will get one.

Try telling that the Martha Stewart, who was convicted and sent to prison for the crime of Insider Trading, that George W. Bush himself got away with because he was POTUS.

Seriously, Don, what you think Democrats say and what they actually say don't jive. Some people always talk skit. They can't help it that they bear so much hate that comes out their mouth like rushing river. That is a direct result of all the fake news on the Internet. People read it, they believe it, and their hate builds.
 
I now see rumors on the internet that Dan Bongino is threatening to resign for being compelled to cover for Bondi on the Epstein mess. Said rumors also hold that Patel has said that if Bongino goes, so does he. It may be just crap that is difficult to confirm due to the weekend. We'll wait and see. If the top of the FBI departs the administration, it means tough times ahead for Pam Bondi and President Trump.

I think Bongino is just using that as an excuse to exit and go back to podcasts, or whatever he did for a living before. Using that as an excuse will not cost him many old supporters. He's probably found out that having a regular job isn't as much fun as stirring up controversy, and doesn't make as much money.

I've heard a lot now that I don't think Trump was involved. They once knew each other but I've heard that he bounced the guy a long time ago because of his behavior toward a young employee at one of Trump's properties.

While the guy's lurid activities and so many figures' participation is disturbing enough, I'm starting to believe his Deep State connections are the more serious issue. Pursuing this ham-handedly could topple governments through covert assassinations and mass resignations, probably the US first.
 
I do not think that Trump is covering anything up, as far as Epstein is concerned. The information has been floating around for years, and i think that if Biden had anything that he could have used to charge Trump with being involved, they would have used it way back then when they were struggling to find stuff to bring charges and stop Trump from running.

If all of these well-connected people are involved, like they are saying, then they can’t actually do anything until they have enough evidence to bring charges that will hold, and we are talking about people in high positions in other countries, not just American politicians.
Also, as long as that threat is there, President Trump has a powerful hold to keep these people in line until he is ready to arrest and prosecute them.

Trump loves diversions, so he is probably letting this whole story stay in the news and meanwhile, he can go about doing whatever else he is working on for America, and people are not paying attention and complaining about that, they are too fixated on Epstein.

It might be about hashing this out well ahead of the midterm elections.
 
I have no idea what happened with this and I don’t really care. This is not why I voted for Trump. It wasn’t even at the bottom of my list of issues. Common sense says these records were destroyed by a previous administration years ago if they ever existed.

As to Bongino I am disappointed in him. He lobbied for the secret service job for months. I was disappointed that he didn’t get it but he eventually got a good one where he has a lot of influence. He needs to man up. Sometimes things don’t go the way you want. Sometimes somebody lets you down but this is too high level to take your toys and go home to sulk. There are other hills to climb but not if he runs away.

It is pretty obvious that we are going after the illegals in places where children are being used for child labor and who have probably been trafficked to get them here. So many thousands of children were sent somewhere with no checking into their safety in the last 4 years that it is going to take a while to locate them, and raiding places like this one that use child labor is going to help find them, and rescue them from a terrible life.
As long as President Trump seems soft on farm workers, they will feel safe, and not be expecting the raids like this one was.

I’m not the forum police but now that I brought it up it might make sense to have some kind of daily political thread where multiple topics could be discussed, especially since there aren’t many here.

What do you think, Yvonne?
