How's your day been today

I work from home calls have been nonstop.

Just getting started headset on and about to clock in.

My day has been a crazy one. Had to contact my youngest sons school regarding his mental health and struggling to attend, finally managed to get a meeting with the principal on Monday so hoping I can get things put into place.

My day has been chill today, managed to get quite a bit done and now chilling to watch WWE Saturday Night's Main Event with family.

I've had a restful day today. I've been out and about for the last 5 days non stop.. so today I felt I needed the rest and I'm glad I did because I've got some kind of lurgy.. so i slept for 3 hours this afternoon

My day has been okay, got quite a bit done but I feel that I pulled a muscle which is annoying.

We dug an old turntable and a few records from the attic today. It is the first time the records have been played in several decades and they sounded great!
That's great Don! When you tell a younger person "You sound like a broken record!" they look around confused! Our 78's all have 'bit the dust', but we have a small pile of 45s and a bunch of LPs that we play occasionally. A few years back, I bought a Frank Sinatra Christmas album for $30 Most of the others were by "artists" I didn't recognize. Oh, yeah the Sinatra record was pressed on red vinyl! The days of shopping in a record store are just a blur.

Most young people have never even seen a record. But they are very smart now, my grands teach me on the tech things.

Busy but enjoyable would sum up my day!

Who could ask for anything more. Remember that song?

It's been a very windy, rainy, chilly day, but we were very busy, in and out all day. A very productive day, getting a lot of tasks out of the way, to maybe make the rest of the week easier. However we still try to live one day at a time.!

"Despite being written almost 90 years ago, “Who Could Ask For Anything More” continues to resonate with audiences today. Its timeless message of gratitude and joy is as relevant now as it was in the 1930s. The song’s enduring appeal is a testament to the talent and creativity of the Gershwin brothers." MORE

So, yesterday was a high energy day for me, and today seems to be a lower energy day. I am wheezing more today, and feel like my body is working hard just to do the regular morning things.
We were going to the fitness center today, but i think we will put it off until tomorrow, and just make the trip to the chiropractor today instead.
It is supposed to be 74 by this afternoon, so my plan is to put on my shorts and just relax in the zero gravity recliner in the back yard and soak up all of the good vitamin D energy this afternoon.
I am wearing the Oura Ring, but still trying to understand all of the stuff it is reporting back to me. I think it takes it a few days to get orientated with my body, and what my heart rate and temp and stuff like that usually is.
