Obviously, since he had good results on ALL of the October tests, he is not concerned about those results, and is joking with the reporters, like he always does. Our president absolutely knows what the results were for all of his medical exams, but there is no reason for him to go into depth with the ditzy reporters who only ask silly questions.
They are a waste of his time, and he knows that, and tells them so.

Here is the release for the health assessment reports that you were so concerned about, when President Trump was joking about it, @Shadowman . Everything is looking just great, and it was several things that the MRI scan was part of in his tests.

Now it will be Trump's fault that he is heathy. I know the media say that if they are travelling with him, they get no sleep, but while Biden was flying they could sleep the entire trip with no interruptions.:)
 
And yet his cognitive abilities were so impaired that he didn't know what was going on. No rational person would believe anything from the White House at this point. And Trump himself noted: "...that it did not focus on scanning his brain."

And yet, he seems to work non stop fighting on so many fronts. Even you are attacking him on a few.
He is kidding but maybe you can't tell the difference.

Corruption in medical billing is huge, and was greatly enabled by the ACA. I suspect that was in part why it was pushed through as it was. One analyst said that corruption exists on both sides of the aisle, but the Democrats are better at it as they devise systems that extend into the future, so that even when they are not in power, they still enrich themselves and their supporters. Obama made one serious tactical or strategic error. He assumed that Hillary would beat Trump in 2016. When Trump succeeded, Obama's miscalculation allowed Trump to make appointments to the SCOTUS, so, while the Democrats still control much of the judiciary, Trump has a majority in the high court and in a few of the Appeals Courts, and most of those judges seem to have read the Constitution.

Being president would associate him with what had gone on before, possibly he was not quite as bad as his brother.
This is a very convoluted history and like with many of the South American countries, they are basically run by drug cartels, not politicians. The bloody deaths all around the countries show why corruption might flourish just to stay alive if one does not have back up strong enough to fight. The upcoming election has less than perfect candidates. It might be that a deal is in the works? I would like Trump to give an interview on this.
