A nation that has over a billion people to feed shouldn't be discarding food...nor should we be buying food from China unless it is only available from there.

Don that is the Chinese throwing the food they harvested from frustration because now they can't sell it to America, or that's what I got out of it. There was a better video of it that I can't find now, this video is Tic Tok.

Some Americans are burning their fields too because other countries are cancelling orders because of gmo and glyphosate concerns and farmers can't afford harvesting and storing gambling on things turning around.. We have stopped beef from coming in from Mexico because of a disease. Not because of Trump. Calves are going up in price incessantly. The last calf I bought was $250 delivered. last I saw now was $1200 on the farm. Thinking of checking the auctions this week. Very few processors left in this country. I think China has the pork and some chicken processors sewn up here and maybe 3-4 companies are big business American companies for beef.

That leaves out everything as far as I am concerned. Chinese food should be nothing but recipes. There's no need to import anything.

For so long now, nothing could be found here that wasn't 'made in China' or grown in Mexico.

That is a financial decision. I don't really understand if that is the reason behind the Chinese decision or not. The narrator says the Chinese markets stand mostly empty while the farmers are destroying the crops. I don't know why they cannot sell the stuff to Chinese consumers.

Yes, and he is also going to be paying the military as well, so none of them will be going without pay, and he is putting through a special funding bill just to pay the military, so the democrats will look bad if they refuse this, too.

I now saw that he declared Antifa to be a Foreign Terrorist Organization since it has been shown to have ties to foreign organizations. Many of the "leaders" (who allegedly don't exist) have fled the U.S. since demonstrators in Portland were given 8-year Federal felony sentences and had their assets frozen. The Feds don't have parole, so an 8-year sentence is an 8-year sentence, and the "nationwide injunction" against Trump was lifted by unanimous decision of the Ninth Circuit, the most liberal Circuit Court in the country.

So, you are in favor of the liberals stopping WIC payments any way they can do it ?
If the president wants to fund WIC during the Schumer Shutdown, the conservatives are not about to stop him for helping all those children have decent food.
It would be liberal objections that stopped it, and it is hard for me to understand why ANYONE would not want the children to have food.

She is accused of a similar crime to what she accused Trump of doing. James is denying the charges just as Trump did, and is showing that what she ran on--get Trump at any cost--can be turned against her. She has even a few other charges although on a smaller scale. She declared her primary residence to be in Virginia to get lower mortgage rates even though it is apparently illegal for her to serve as New York AG if her primary residence is in another state. She also attested that her father was her husband on one of the mortgages at another location.

He also isn't very good at judge shopping. The Democrats are much better at that. Both Comey and James will appear before Democrat judges.

And the law is the law. It does not bow to a dictator.
The republicans control all three branches of government and have made no negotiation that would pass the CR and fund WIC.

That CR has been passed multiple times previously by both parties to allow the government to work things out. The Democrats won't allow it this time to keep giving freebies to illegals hoping they will vote Democrat when the time comes.
