One person isn't everyone, but that guy shouldn't be deported. He belongs in Prison. If he were deported, chances are he would not go to prison.

Dangerous criminals should be deported to that prison. The rest should not be given any more freebies until they show up for their court hearings as asylum seekers. IMHOThere are at least two different kinds of deportation happening, and I think that this is why people are wondering about what is happening. Many people who came here just came across the border, or were helped across by the coyotes. Some of them were criminals in their own country and some were not, but ALL of them arrived here illegally, and need to leave. It they self-deport back to wherever they came from, then they cam come back with a green card like the people do who come here legally to work or go to college.
Most of the people who are gang members have criminal records both in their home country and here in the United States . Those people will either be shipped back to their own country or put in prison if they have charges here in the US.
Either way, they are probably going to end up in prison in some country. These people are often ones who were arrested for felony offenses, like rape and murder, but were released by the Biden administration rules. Now, ICE is finding and arresting them, and getting these criminals off of our streets, one way or another.
Also, ICE has made it plain that if people are sheltering a criminal that they arrest, anyone who is sheltering that criminal will be deported right along with the criminal, even if they have no criminal record. This is similar to how a person can be arrested for harboring a criminal , and family members can be arrested for doing that.
Some of the people that Biden allowed to just come across the border used an app that the Biden administration made to help them come across, and ICE has now revamped the app to make it a self-deportation app.
This gives illegals the chance to take their family, their belongings, and whatever money they have, and leave without being arrested, and gives them the option to come back legally; so many of the illegals are now doing that.
I really don't understand why Canada is standing up to Trump when most of the world is willing to talk. Xi has to look tough, but he is risking his economic well-being. Neither China nor Canada would be better off if they stopped trading with the U.S.I think that this is similar to what President Reagan did with Russia way back when, and it worked. As you mentioned, @Don Alaska , selling to the US is important to China.
We probably buy more from China than any other country does, and they need our business to survive financially.
On the other hand, we do not want to help build up China’s arsenal by spending any more money there than necessary, plus their standards of quality control are terrible, and some of the products we buy from them are not even safe to be using.
Many of their food products (fish, seafood) are grown in human waste, and when we see what it looks like , it is awful. We need to make our own medications, because people’s lives depend on those being made correctly.
Another thing that i have been reading about , is that we are going to take back the land that China owns here in the US, and we may end the visas for Chinese students, some of whom are basically spies, anyway.
If China does not start realizing this, they will soon wish they had. President Trump is Mr. Nice Guy until you punch him, and then he is going to punch back harder.
Trump will hold the line until he gets what we need for America.
It seems that Trump knew the market would tank. He apparently wanted to punish the top 1%. They were the ones hardest hit. Apparently it stabilized the banking system and helped the government. The ones hit hardest were the wealthy. Some took a hit on the IRA/401K or other retirement accounts, but that will be transitory. We needed a correction. It sounds like there was a media-fueled psyop intended to produce panic selloffs and a "Black Monday" to undermine Trump. Globalist profiteers are getting desperate.
I look at it like some folks don't like being threatened and pushed around. And since the Easter US is highly dependent on Canadian energy, Trump should remember that. Specially since some of his richest friends live there.I really don't understand why Canada is standing up to Trump when most of the world is willing to talk.
It's been that way since the 1980's, and Americans have been contented buyers. Many people still are.We probably buy more from China than any other country does, and they need our business to survive financially.
I don't think that would happen. Chinese American's have a huge block of votes. You said, "...the land that China owns here in the US..." It's not the Country of China that owns that land, it's Chinese Americans. They bought it in good faith, they pay property taxes on it, etc. If it's not a slum, that might prove hard to do. Just because they have Chinese ancestry doesn't mean a whole lot when it comes to justification for that sort of thing.Another thing that i have been reading about , is that we are going to take back the land that China owns here in the US...
And your evidence of that is...?...and we may end the visas for Chinese students, some of whom are basically spies, anyway.
Here’s one link. And your evidence of that is...?
How deep do China's strings reach within Canada though?I really don't understand why Canada is standing up to Trump when most of the world is willing to talk. It sounds like a "Black Monday/Orange Monday" meme was set off last week by notorious Wall Street shill Jim Cramer of CNBC. By the weekend Google tallies a large rise in searches on both phrases.Peter, no websites I've seen have any news about that at all.
If he was sent to El Salvador he would be in prison but we would be paying for it. I’m not sure if that is possible but if it is that prison would be worse than here and he deserves as bad as possible, IMO.One person isn't everyone, but that guy shouldn't be deported. He belongs in Prison. If he were deported, chances are he would not go to prison.
There are several reports that Japan started selling off US bonds and the Trump admin could not allow that to spread. It sounds like there was a media-fueled psyop intended to produce panic selloffs and a "Black Monday" to undermine Trump. Globalist profiteers are getting desperate.
If a Chinese person is an American citizen and owns their home, pays the taxes, then of course, they will get to keep it (unless they were found out to be a spy); but the fact that Chinese corporations own land here so close to our most important military bases is just not something we can continue to allow, and we need to take this land back. It's been that way since the 1980's, and Americans have been contented buyers. Many people still are.

China owns a lot of Canada. I remember interacting with Canadian folks in the Yukon some years back. They were lamenting that most of the territory had been sold to the Chinese and the Germans. A remark made was, "The Germans are not so bad. They get the lifestyle here. The Chinese, however, are just nasty people who have no respect for our country or its people". Just as "The Biden Crime Family" and the "Clinton Crime Family" were/are indebted to the Chinese, so, too, are the Carneys and the Trudeaus, who look at Canada as a "post nationalist state". They kinda view Canada as a distant part of China. How deep do China's strings reach within Canada though?
