Fires

It depends on where a person lives here in the US. If you are in the country, you can pretty much have some kind of a device to burn trash or have a nickel little fire . If you are in a city or even a town, many of these have ordinances against burning, or at least during the hotter seasons when it might start a fire.
We have a no outside fire law here, except for a BBQ pit, and it was pretty strictly enforced until we got all of the illegal Hispanics moving here, and they burn anything they want outside, any way they want to , and the law just ignores it.
It is the same thing with animals, chickens and livestock are not allowed in town, but now there ay allowing it, and the Mexicans all have chickens, ducks, and whatever else they want in the back yard.
We have so many roosters crowing around us that you would think we lived on a farm somewhere, and all day it is ducks quacking and chickens squawking outside.

At least that means that if other people want to burn papers or have a little outside fire, we can now do that, too.
