The FAA has announced that all flights in and out of El Paso , Texas, and the surrounding area have just been closed for at least the next 10 days, stating it is for national security reasons.
President Trump has been talking about taking down the Mexican drug cartel, so it is quite possible that this closure of all flights in the area might have some thing to do with the action against the cartels.
