Cramp

Wow, those are painful, @Smithy ! If you have magnesium tablets, they will help with cramps, and so does potassium tablets. If you do not have either of those, epsom salts has lots of magnesium, just soak your leg, or at least your feet in a hot epsm salt tub, and your body will absorb the magnesium from the water.
You might be a little dehydrated, from working, and that can also cause cramps.
 
I agree with Yvonne, Smithy.
I watch Dr Berg regularly on youtube. We need magnesium and potassium daily. I have given up sugar and simple carbs because, i found, they deplete the minerals and I get cramps if I eat them.

It's better to get potassium from food than pills. When I get Edema, I get cramps from taking Lasix (or Furosemide) so my Doc gave me these huge pills that are worse than taking Naproxen. So I eat a baked potato. Or a small mountain of fries...
