"President Trump will not jeopardise our country's economic and national security to pursue vague climate goals that are killing other countries," a White House spokeswoman tells Sky News.

He called it "deeply regrettable" that the US - which is the "most powerful, most resourceful, and most influential country" - is withdrawing from the Paris Agreement for the second time.
The landmark pact, struck at COP21 in 2015, is the world's most significant and only legally binding climate treaty.

It aims to limit warming to 1.5C-2C above pre-industrial levels, and obliges countries to produce climate plans every five years detailing how they will deliver on their share of the bargain.

The earth's climate change has been going on since the beginning of time. There is big money to be had if they can get everyone scared of climate change. Green tech and enviromental groups are a few who benefit from screaming about climate change. Al Gore for one, made millions capitalizing on global warming. The media also plays a big role in all the fear of climate change by their sensationalizing climate disasters; extreme weather, etc.

Side note, China and India are the biggest offenders of polluting the air.

The climate change people were forcing cattle ranchers to get rid of their cows in some European countries, which is ridiculous. Cattle help the earth because they eat the grass and weeds and turn it into mulch and fertilizer for the soil, improving plant life everywhere they are allowed to roam. I was also reading that some cows are dying because of something that is required to give the cows, I think as a food supplement.

We do need to take care of this earth, but it needs to be done in a sensible manner, so that plants, humans, and animals can all survive here in to the future. The earth has been changing for thousands of years, and in only the last couple hundred years has mankind affected it, and it will keep on changing.
