I hadn't heard anyone mention Mossad's level of embedding within the Pentagon establishment in a long time.

I think the main point here though is combining your digital identity (far beyond your credit history to a social credit history) with a digital currency. Especially as it pertains to behavior enforcement by gatekeeping what you can "own" and what you can buy or where you can travel. Given the wrong motives by "the controllers" such things as punishing wrong speech or action on a large scale becomes frictionless.
