I was reading about that terrible crash, and apparently, many of the sailors had to literally dive into the North Sea to escape the burning ships. If there is only one dead or missing, they must have done an excellent job of getting people rescued in time.
I read that one ship was anchored and the other one crashed into that one, so someone must not have been paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing.

Some sources have said that the tanker was at anchor and the container ship deliberately rammed the tanker. The tanker was reportedly under contract to deliver fuel to U.S. Navy ships, and that was perhaps the reason she was rammed and the reason the master was arrested. It could be that the charges will be elevated to terrorism or whatever the UK has in that realm after investigation.
