Anything left on your bucket list?

I have thought for decades that states like Massachusetts and Florida would have bee great if they had done as I saw in Rio De Janeiro had done and place a road long the entire beach area and allowing no development on the beach side of the road. Even the hotels couldn't claim the beach. Everybody then had claim to Ipanema and other beaches. It was better from an environmental point of view as well. Areas of Long Island and New Jersey would benefit as well, but it is too late for most places.

More like a Dream List, than a Bucket List

I would love to have this out in the country. The only thing I don't like is the kitchen layout. I would ditch the table and put in a giant island with seats.

This also comes in a MODULAR (not mobile) home version. I think the cost could be recovered if you sold the property, because of the unfinished upstairs. It's much more difficult to get financing on property with a mobile home or just vacant land.

NIce! I don't like the bathtub in front of the window or the toliet sitting all alone in the closet though.
