On July Fourth, we here in the United States will celebrate our 250th anniversary of freedom . There are all kinds of national celebrations planned for this big event, and I think most of the states also have celebrations.
This is one of our main holidays each year, so many people will be planning family picnics and BBQ’s and vacations over the holiday weekend.
For Bobby and I , it will be just a regular weekend, and one to avoid going anywhere because of the traffic and possible drunk drivers, and the dogs hate all of the fireworks noise.
Today is also the president’s 80th birthday, so there are celebrations at the White House for both events happening now.
