5,000 Posts

You could join other forums and post a link to DHQ. There is one called Senior Forums. The members are all old and mostly talk about their aches, pains, and health problems. But I think some of them would be valuable additions.

Holly already came over here, and she invited some of the SF people to check this forum out.

@Sheryl I don't think Senior Forums allows to post links it would classed as spam/advertising another forum?
 
It is pretty amazing , how fast the posts have climbed.
When I found this forum and joined around the end of February, there were about 25 members (mostly admins from other forums advertising their own forums) and just over 1,000 posts here.
It was exactly what I had been searching for…….. an almost empty forum, where I could bring my friends and have a friendly place to gather, have morning coffee together, and chat about everything .

After I rounded up all my “lost chicks” from SOC and headed them over to here as a refugee forum for us Oldsters, it was only a little while before we hit 2,000 posts, and just over a week or so later, we had doubled that.
Now, we have been here for around a month, and we have over 5,000 posts, most of which are good content posts, and not just 2-3 words posts like a lot of forums have for content.
Thank you again, for giving us such a wonderful new “home”, @Smithy ! You are indeed “The Awesome One”, in our book.
