    That is wonderful that the treatments are finally over, and you do not have to do that as often now. Hope that your husband is doing better ! It is nice that we are starting to see spring happening and can go outside and do more things with the garden and yard.

    Exercising

    With warmer weather and spring coming , I am able to exercise more now, too. Mostly walking is what I do, but I also try to use the Vibration Plate each day, which helps with lymph drainage , and also exercises almost all of your muscles. It really helps my balance issues, too.
