Remove Games Posts from New Posts?

Many forums don't include the Games section in New Posts because it ends up cluttering up the actual discussion threads. Just thought I'd throw that out there!!

Yes; the individual Games posts show up when a person clicks on "New Posts." It would be nice to filter those out so that only actual discussion posts appear under New Posts. It would be easier not having to scroll through dozens of game posts to find actual discussions.

Yeah, this is something I do myself, for this exact reason - so, I'd be on board with this suggestion .

I just looked at that type of forum and fell in love. I guess it is now defunct, but I'd love something of that nature. Yet, we do have a coffee, along with all manner of topics on other forums, so, standing alone, I would think ideas do fade with time.

Games interspersed with my alerts do throw me off, for I think the title of the thread is a misnomer in some cases. I'll click on it and find myself in the middle of something I hadn't a clue about. I know we;ll figure it all out though, and Yvonne will come up with a solution.
