Has anyone here been affected by tariffs?

The tariffs are apparently working and prices of items coming into the United States are dropping already, ad the countries negotiate lower tariffs with President Trump. This is good news for all of the countries that do this, becasue eventually we will all have a lot more equal trading with other countries once tariffs are regulated better between countries.

I just saw one commentator announce that the EU has moved to drop all tariffs on the U.S. and passed a law encouraging mass deportations from Europe. He said the Centrists have joined the Conservatives to outvote the Liberal wing of the EU parliament. I have no idea if any of it is true, but if it is, it is an interesting turn. Anyone form Europe have a clue on this. Fake news?
