Many people now follow one of the above way of eating (WOE) plans, and this thread is to talk about which plan you follow, why you like it, and share things about each plan.
Pretty much they are all low carb lifestyles, and the difference is which proteins you eat, and which carbs (if any) are allowed.
People following any of these lifestyles can also start a diary thread to share what we are eating each day, which will be a separate thread from this discussion thread about the different plans.
