social media is full of algorithm curation now. When I really want to see something new, the algorithm only gives me recycle, repost and the same type of content. All i want is new content, also search engine is full of SEO content was topple on the top index to find me but the result is irrelevant then come back at the index just to see it's full of SEO'd sites with recycle content or AI generated articles, blogs that I wouldn't to read. So the point is how do I search new things now?

What era are you from? GenZ, Boomer, etc,?

I started using PCs in 1988 and the first one I used was so fast a half dead snail could pass it up. It was an Intel 80286, that ran at 4 MHz. But saying it "ran" at any speed is basically wrong... It didn't even walk fast. The only thing it did fast was crash and burn. 🔥

There was no Internet in 1988. Al Gore hadn't invented it yet. That's like, you know... Humor.

Don't mind me. I'm still working on my first cup of coffee... :coffee:

I get two things from this video. ITGirl forgot her phone in her haste to leave a rather boring discussion about how Google is getting more and more lame every day. I had to do that after just three minutes. I just woke up and I can't go back to bed already. I have things to do... 🥱
