Long Tailed Tits visiting my bird station

Been quite a while since I last saw the Long Tailed Tits nice to see them in my garden again visiting the bird station.

They want the food. Reminds me of a Simbad joke, about old man and younger woman, she wants your house, not you.

We had 2 doves at bird bath yesterday, I was wondering where they were since we haven't seen them in a while.

Today we had the crows back and a Mockingbird, Blue Jay at birdbath.
We used to give the crows a saltine cracker but they started getting too demanding, so about a year ago we stopped.
Today they were back crowing again so we gave them a cracker and a little dog food pellets.
One of them took his cracker, put it in the birdbath, wet it then ate it.

The crows do keep hawks away, A couple years ago we saw 2 crows knock a small rabbit out of a hawk's mouth.
So the free ranging hens are safe from flying prey now.
