I looked to see if I had this thread here, didn't see it,

Today I got back in the woods, knowing it would make my pulled front and back thigh and butt muscles worse.
I did squats and really messed myself up for last 3 weeks. I tried to be careful.
Anyway, I had to have a dose of vines, so I saved a couple trees today from the little killers. Now I am going to have to take a Tylenol for the pain. I can hardly sit down or walk, so I'm using the walker.
 
@Marie Mallory Been there, done that.

We could probably have an entire discussion on anxiety. It seems to take a number of different forms with varying symptoms. Some of "cures" feel a little scary and the whole thing still carries some social stigma.

I hope you are doing better now.

Today is better. Although it aet me back on muscle repair, it is nice to look out my window and see the little bit of clearing we did.
