My shoulder is bothering me right now. I had an ultrasound scan on my shoulder a few weeks ago and found out the issue is Shoulder Bursitis. Very painful and caused by my line of work, as I type and use a PC for a living, so quite annoying.

Upper back pain since early August. The Salonpas patches seem to relieve it when they are placed properly. Acetaminophen/paracetamol and naproxen seem to work as well, but taking a systemic remedy for a localized pain never makes sense to me if I can avoid it.
