Aging whackadoodle, not quite septuagenarian but at its threshold within just days now. I've lived in Michigan all my life, though work had me traveling around at times and I've seen a few things.

Living on my own, online conversation helps keep my world from becoming too small. It's also useful to reach out for advice and sometimes moral support. Most of us encounter difficult times now and then. Who knows? I may even be able to reciprocate here and there!

Here by referral to see whether I can fit in or at least keep the torches and pitchforks at bay.
 
Awesomeness ! I had to read your profile to realize it was you, my Michigan Friend, so glad to see you here. This forum seems to have good leadership, and a lot of room for us to discuss all kinds of topics, we just need more threads with content we can discuss. You are a good thread starter, so I am sure you will have good things to contribute, and maybe even some music and stuff like that, too ?

I wasn't sure, so I made a new name. I may change back to Jacob in a month when the forum allows me. So Jacob is probably still good here.

Dan just asked me for the link to SeniorsOnly. I gave him that, explained there are server woes, and also gave him the link to this one.
 
Wonderful, I hope that Dan comes here. I was just looking at his facebook page and the article about cryptozoology creatures. We could use some of that on this forum, too.
It has been over a week and no word from Ken at all, so I have no clue what is happening, and am preparing for the worst, and hoping we can rebuild here if it comes to that.
