I fell asleep last night at around 3 am I think it was and woke at 10 am today.
Went bed at 11 am and woke up at 7 am.
Only just woke up 1 hour ago.
Went bed at 11 PM and woke up at 7.30 AM.
Went bed at 11 PM and woke up at 7.30 AM.
Went bed at 11 PM woke up at 6.30 AM.

I went to bed at around midnight last night but didn't sleep until nearly 3 am and was awake again at 7.15 am this morning.
I went bed at 10 PM and woke up at 7.30 AM.
I go on my mobile phone for about an hour before I head to sleep.
